What can possibly go wrong?

In the culture of “Move Fast and Break Things” we are usually too focused on how our products are going to solve today’s problems, but perhaps we should think a bit more about what happens when the outcomes of our products don’t go quite as planned. What can we learn from the basic principles of storytelling to predict some of these possible worst case scenarios?
Aurora first got into UX through experiencing enormous struggles designing complex GUIs as a developer at university. After several years in technical consulting she is now a freelance UX Designer, carefully curating her projects within the sustainability and ethical tech sectors. After spending 6 months at Amnesty International, she was particularly inspired about the power of stories as a tool for change.
