Laura Russo graduated in Management Engineering with a focus on Design Management and Innovation, she has been building a 8+ year experience involvement in the consulting field, collecting a wide experience across different consumer industries with focus on Customer Strategy and CX.

Today, her role in Assist Digital as a Senior Business Designer is allowing her to promote the role of design in companies’ business model and performance innovation: her job is to co-create and adjust business strategies, propositions and solutions by actively involving clients in design workshops, where to shed light on unexpressed business and market dynamics to address.
