Efficiently contributed to many change projects by applying IA models across most different  settings in large-scale tech, start-up and scale-up environments. He spoke publicly about it, e.g. on IAC New Orleans in 2023, the UXChange Cologne in 2023, UX Healthcare in 2020, at EuroIA in 2020 & EuroIA in 2019. Most recently, he formed a new design team at his current company where he utilizes the game manipulation approach to uncover unconscious cultural patterns affecting change.
