We never really understand each other, do we ? And that’s quite a big business problem.
To build bridges between challenges and opportunities, different expertise must first be able to understand, align and trust each other.
Our workshop aims to give participants a concrete, simple and reusable way to do this.
Through the 6 steps of the workshop, participants will target an opportunity, map it in its current context, align stakeholders to a desired future and map the path to get there, as a multidisciplinary team rather than in silos.
The workshop is based on Intersection Group’s EDGY, a visual language of business design; 3 Horizons, a method that guides teams towards a desired future; and over a decade of experience in designing and facilitating co-design workshops.
The workshop will be dynamic and fast-paced, but the essence of the EDGY concept is presented on a single slide. From a cognitive point of view, the method is not too busy. It is designed to arouse curiosity and get participants to consider the transferability of the concepts to their personal reality.
In the workshop, the participants are led through a business case to experiment with its 6 steps in a concrete way. The objective is that everyone can reuse the method learned in their professional context. Although the method is particularly well suited to information architecture, it can be used in a wide range of contexts, from UX issues to IT challenges to branding.
